ARTWORK & COPYRIGHTS

FILES FORMAT: PNG, PDF, SVG and We require your file to have a transparent background. We print files exactly how we receive them. If you send us a file with a background, we will print the background. We do not accept files under 300 dpi anything less will print with a poor quality.

FILE SPECIFICATIONS: We recommend uploading files with the color mode RGB. If you save your file in CMYK your design will loose vibrancy.

ARTWORK SIZE: Please send your artwork at the exact size that you want to print.

If you select a 24×22 sheet but upload an artwork that is 7×7 we will print your artwork at the size you uploaded (7×7). You are responsible for confirming your artwork sizes.

LINE WEIGHT: All lines need to be a minimum weight of 1pt. All negative spaces need to be a minimum thickness of 2pts.

COLORS: We are not responsible for colors you must check your colors. We do not match colors. What you see on your screen is not necessarily what will print

COPYRIGHTS: We do not print copyrighted or trademarked designs.

Please only send designs that you own the rights too.

At checkout, please select verify that you own the rights to the images you need printed.

Press Instructions

1. Set the heat press to 300-310 degrees Fahrenheit for cotton and 260-270 degrees

Fahrenheit for polyester.

2. Press for 10 seconds with High pressure (approx. 60 PSI).

3. Let the items cool down completely.

4. Carefully peel from the corner downward after the transfer is cooled.

5. Cover with a Teflon sheet and repress for 10 more seconds to seal in your design

We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders with Rush Service applied and submitted before the cutoff time will ship the same day. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing time may be extended during peak seasons or due to high order volumes.

We exclusively use UPS GROUND for all our shipments. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

3. Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the status and location of your package in real-time. You can track your order on the UPS website.

4. Shipping Address:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages:

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, natural disasters, or postal service interruptions. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

6. Order Changes or Cancellations:

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
