Before submitting artwork, please ensure that you own the design or have written permission or the appropriate license to reproduce it.

We cannot print or reproduce designs that include:

· Copyright artwork without permission

· Professional sports team logos

· College or University logos

· Trademarked logos, brand names or graphics without authorization

· Celebrity images or other protected
intellectual property without the necessary rights

By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce all artwork you submit and agree to accept full responsibility for any trademark or copyright claims related to your order.

Speedy DTF Transfers/Cre8tive Factory reserves the right to refuse, cancel or request proof of authorization for any order that may violate intellectual property laws.
