Print File Requirements

Accepted File Formats

Background

• Your artwork must have a transparent background unless you intentionally want a background printed.
  
• If your file contains a white or colored background, it will be printed exactly as received.
  

Print Quality

• Minimum resolution: 300 DPI.
  
• Lower-resolution files may print blurry or pixelated.
  
• It is your responsibility to check the quality of your file before uploading.
  

Color Mode

• RGB is recommended for the most vibrant colors.
  
• Files saved in CMYK may appear less vibrant when printed.
  

Artwork Size

• Upload your artwork at the exact final print size.
  
• Example: If you order a 24" × 22" print but upload artwork sized 7" × 7", it will be printed at 7" × 7", not enlarged to fill the sheet.
  
• You are responsible for confirming the dimensions of your artwork.
  

Line Thickness

• Minimum line weight: 1 pt.
  
• Minimum thickness for negative spaces (gaps or cutouts): 2 pt.
  

Color Accuracy

• The printer does not color-match artwork.
  
• Colors may appear different in print than they do on your screen due to differences in monitor and printing processes.
  
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving your colors before submission.
  

Final Checklist Before Uploading

• ✓ File is in PNG, PDF, PSD, SVG, or AI format.
  
• ✓ Background is transparent (if required).
  
• ✓ Resolution is at least 300 DPI.
  
• ✓ Color mode is RGB (recommended).
  
• ✓ Artwork is the exact size you want printed.
  
• ✓ Lines are at least 1 pt thick.
  
• ✓ Negative spaces are at least 2 pt thick.
  
• ✓ Colors have been reviewed and approved.
  
• ✓ The design is exactly how you want it printed, as no edits or corrections will be made.

STEP #1 - Prepare the garment. Place
your garment on the heatpress and press 5-10 seconds to remove moisture and
wrinkles

STEP #2 - Position the transfer. Make
sure straight and centered.

STEP #3 - Press using the following
recommended settings

COTTON 300 - 320 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT

POLYESTER 265 - 275 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT

Time: 10 - 15 seconds

Pressure: Medium to Heavy

Settings may vary depending on your heat press.

STEP #4 - Allow transfer to cool
until it is warm or completely cool, then slowly peel away the film

STEP #5 – Cover the design with
parchment paper, butcher paper or Teflon sheet and press again for 10 seconds.
This helps improve durability, gives the print a softer feel and create a
professional finish.

respect intellectual property rights and comply with all applicable trademark
and copyright laws.

Before submitting artwork, please ensure that
you own the design or have written permission or the appropriate license to
reproduce it.

We cannot print or reproduce designs that
include:

·       Copyright artwork without permission

·       Professional sports team logos

·       College or University logos

·       Trademarked logos, brand names or graphics
without authorization

·       Celebrity images or other protected
intellectual property without the necessary rights

By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal
right to use and reproduce all artwork you submit and agree to accept full
responsibility for any trademark or copyright claims related to your order.

Speedy DTF Transfers/Cre8tive Factory reserves the right to
refuse, cancel or request proof of authorization for any order that may violate
intellectual property laws.

1. Order Processing Time: We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders with Rush Service applied and submitted before the cutoff time will ship the same day. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing time may be extended during peak seasons or due to high order volumes.

2. Shipping Methods: We exclusively use UPS GROUND for all our shipments. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

3. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the status and location of your package in real-time. You can track your order on the UPS website.

4. Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, natural disasters, or postal service interruptions. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

6. Order Changes or Cancellations: Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
