PLEASE NOTE

Same day printing means same day production, not same day delivery.

Orders must be successfully submitted and paid for before the applicable cutoff.

Same Day Rush orders placed after 12 PM are subject to production capacity and availability. If rush production is unavailable, the order will be processed for the next business day.

Shipping and delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

What time is the same day cutoff?

12:00 PM EST on business days.

I ordered after 12 PM. Can I still get it printed today?

Possibly. If Same Day Rush is available, you can purchase the $25 Same Day Rush option.

What happens if I don't purchase rush service?

Your order will be printed the next business day.

Does same day printing mean I'll receive my transfers today?

No. Same day refers to printing/production only. Delivery depends on the shipping method you select.

Do you guarantee same day rush after 12 PM?

No. Rush printing after 12 PM is available only when production capacity allows.
